Innit Audio (related to Böhmer Audio) has developed an algorithm for real-time enhancement of audio from games. To handle sales of licenses for applications using this algorithm they needed a license manager.
Project
WordPress + WooCommerce was chosen as the base for selling licenses, in part because there was need for setting up campaigns, SKUs, time/context-limited coupons etc. WooCommerce API Manager was used for the handling the licenses, and numerous other plugins were installed to handle different aspects of the sales process.
A different solution for selling licenses might be used in the future to handle the expected workload.
