Major Twitizer updates

The Twitizer API is now quite stable, and is available for third party on request. It’s possible to authenticate via Twitizer alias or OAuth, increasing flexibility.

The Android app for Twitizer is getting along fine. It’s already possible to submit photos, videos and audio, but there are a few more things to do before it’s finished. The app of course uses the Twitizer API, so they are developed and tested together.
